It includes an annual Haunting Assessment, priority inspection booking within 48 hours, 15% off remediation, one free Emergency Dispatch each year and an October check-in call. The plan can transfer to a new owner when the property is sold. Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice.
