Boo-tique Home Inspections offers Haunting Assessments across Saskatchewan from $425 CAD for homes up to 2,000 sq ft, plus applicable taxes. The full-property inspection checks ordinary causes first and includes thermal imaging, EMF readings and overnight audio monitoring in up to three rooms. Clients receive a room-by-room written report with photos and readings within 48 hours of the inspection. The full assessment fee is credited toward remediation booked within 30 days.
Homeowners and tenants who've noticed something they can't explain, and want answers before spending money on fixes.
Intake call (15 minutes). We ask what you've noticed, when, and where, so the inspector knows where to focus.
Arrival and walkthrough (30 minutes). Your inspector walks every room with you and marks areas of concern.
Instrument sweep (60–90 minutes). Thermal imaging, EMF readings, temperature logging and audio monitoring, room by room, including attic, basement and crawlspace.
Structural check (30 minutes). We rule out ordinary causes: drafts, wiring, plumbing noise, pests, settling and carbon monoxide.
Debrief (15 minutes). Your inspector shares first impressions before leaving.
Written report (within 48 hours). Findings by room, photos and readings, a classification of any activity, and a fixed-price quote if remediation is recommended.

Bookings are prioritized around the buyer’s condition deadline, with most reports delivered within 72 hours of booking. Buyers and realtors can request an inspection as soon as an offer is accepted.
