Boo-tique Home Inspections is a Saskatoon-based paranormal home inspection company founded in 2009 by Brendan King. The team serves homeowners, buyers, tenants, landlords and realtors across Saskatchewan, including Regina, Prince Albert, Moose Jaw, Humboldt and rural communities. Inspectors check ordinary causes such as drafts, wiring, plumbing, pests and carbon monoxide before recommending further work. About half of the homes inspected have no paranormal activity.
A Haunting Assessment starts at $425 CAD, a Pre-Purchase Paranormal Inspection at $475 CAD and Spectral Remediation at $395 CAD. The Haunt-Free Maintenance Plan costs $39 CAD per month or $399 CAD per year. Inspection prices cover homes up to 2,000 sq ft; applicable taxes, larger-property charges and travel beyond 50 km of Saskatoon are additional. Written assessment reports are delivered within 48 hours of the inspection.

Spectral Remediation includes a 90-day guarantee: if activity returns, the team repeats the service at no charge; if it returns a second time, the remediation is refunded in full.
