We start with a conversation about what you’ve noticed. Then we walk every room, take thermal images and EMF readings, and log temperatures. We check the ordinary causes first: drafts, wiring, plumbing, pests and carbon monoxide. We leave audio recorders overnight in up to three rooms.
Within 48 hours you get a written report, room by room, with photos, readings and a plain-language conclusion. If remediation is needed, the price is fixed in the report, and your assessment fee is credited toward it when booked within 30 days.
