1. Why are the sellers moving, and how long did they live there?
2. How many owners has the home had in the last 20 years?
3. Is any room unused, locked or used only for storage?
4. Have previous owners done any “blessings” or “cleansings”?
5. Are any furnishings being left behind by request?
If you get vague answers, book a Pre-Purchase Paranormal Inspection inside your condition period. It costs far less than finding out after you move in.
