### Haunting Assessment
Boo-tique Home Inspections offers Haunting Assessments across Saskatchewan from $425 CAD for homes up to 2,000 sq ft, plus applicable taxes. The full-property inspection checks ordinary causes first and includes thermal imaging, EMF readings and overnight audio monitoring in up to three rooms. Clients receive a room-by-room written report with photos and readings within 48 hours of the inspection. The full assessment fee is credited toward remediation booked within 30 days.

### Pre-Purchase Paranormal Inspection
Boo-tique Home Inspections offers Pre-Purchase Paranormal Inspections from $475 CAD for homes up to 2,000 sq ft, plus applicable taxes. The service includes a full Haunting Assessment, a property history review and a report suitable for sharing with a realtor or lawyer. Bookings are prioritized around the buyer’s condition deadline, with most reports delivered within 72 hours of booking. Buyers and realtors can request an inspection as soon as an offer is accepted.

### Spectral Remediation
Boo-tique Home Inspections offers Spectral Remediation after an assessment, with Gentle Nudge service from $395 CAD, Firm Eviction from $795 CAD and Full Exorcism from $1,950 CAD, plus applicable taxes. A fixed-price quote is agreed before work begins. Every remediation includes follow-up calls at 7 and 30 days and a 90-day guarantee: a free return visit if activity recurs, followed by a full remediation refund if it returns a second time.

### Haunt-Free Maintenance Plan
The Boo-tique Haunt-Free Maintenance Plan costs $39 CAD per month or $399 CAD per year, plus applicable taxes, for one property. It includes an annual Haunting Assessment, priority inspection booking within 48 hours, 15% off remediation, one free Emergency Dispatch each year and an October check-in call. The plan can transfer to a new owner when the property is sold. Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice.

## Add-on services
### Emergency After-Hours Dispatch — + $175 CAD
For situations that can’t wait until morning. A technician is dispatched within 60 minutes anywhere in Saskatoon, and as soon as possible elsewhere. Includes a stabilizing visit and a booked follow-up assessment. If anyone is in physical danger, call 911 first.

### Attic & Crawlspace Clearing — $295 CAD
Includes a targeted instrument sweep, Gentle Nudge-level remediation of both spaces, and a 90-day guarantee for those areas. Ideal when activity is clearly limited to above or below the main floors.

### Rental & Airbnb Certification — $225 per unit CAD
A full assessment of a rental unit, a “Certified Haunt-Free” window decal, and a listing badge hosts can use online. Valid for 12 months. Units that need remediation are certified once it’s complete.

## Pricing conditions and policies
- Listed property-service prices cover homes up to 2,000 sq ft; add $50 for each additional 500 sq ft.
- Travel is free within 50 km of Saskatoon; beyond that, $0.75/km round trip.
- Seniors and first-time home buyers receive 10% off. Discounts do not combine.
- Financing is available on services over $500 CAD.
- The full assessment fee is credited toward remediation booked within 30 days.
- Spectral Remediation: if activity returns within 90 days, repeat service is free; if it returns a second time, remediation is refunded in full.
- Cancellation is free with 24 hours' notice; later cancellations cost $75 CAD.
- Service payment is due on completion by credit card, debit or e-transfer.
- Monthly maintenance plans may be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Each plan covers one address.
